Standard turnaround time is 2-3 days for up to 4 hours of recorded material. Tapes received after 5:00 p.m. are considered next-day arrival. We can do it faster but it may cost more.
Source tapes must be clear and professionally recorded. Tapes must be properly labeled. There is a charge for scanning tapes and searching for interviews.
Standard interview transcript is a Microsoft Word document, one-inch margins, double-spaced with a header and footer, questions gist, answers verbatim.
